Blurring out faces in videos

Hello Nikonites,

I thought maybe someone on this site might have some good suggestions. I'm looking for some kind of software that can blur out faces in videos (to protect their identity). It's for a friend of mine and although he could download freeware he doesn't mind spending a little money for something that might work better and/or not junk up his computer.

Well, maybe I should have read the comments first. A lot of complaints about software crashing.

Thanks Krs_2007. I'm going to try the Wax program recommended on the video. It says it crashes but at this point I don't have many choices. Thanks again.

You could look into this one,i had a copy about 10 years ago and ime sure you could select a face block it in someway and it would follow it round.

I'm also going to try a video editor by Wondershare. Apparently it's much easier to use than the Wax product earlier mentioned.
