Pics taken for cell phone review

Overall very good shots. What are those three bars of bright green light in the background in several shots? That is a little distracting. Also in one shot someone is holding the phone upright in the left hand evidently to show the bottom. This one was taken at a slow shutter speed and shows motion in the left corner of the phone and the hand. But this is nitpicking. Very good closeup shots and a very good layout. Nice job.

Overall very nice. Two thumbs up.

The reflection of the mini-blinds is a bit distracting. The only other issue I see is that in product photography, the product should be spotless. I can see fingerprints and dust in several of the photos.

Thanks! That's actually trees beyond the window blind. hah I didn't even notice. Maybe I should point things more towards something more neutral. The motion you see is actually an effect of the aperture, but it could also be because of the shutter speed, I'm not sure. Here's the exif on that: 1/160 sec, f/2.8, 35mm

Thanks! Yeh, I agree it's a bit distracting. I actually have a crappy lightbox that you can see on some of the other pictures in the review section, but lately I prefer trying to use ambient light. My bad for not wiping down the phone. Stupid dust - I should've just edited it out.

Also, I should note that Lightroom is awesome for things like this.
