Shooting a carnival at night; changes that made me happy...!

I discovered that using higher shutter speeds with my f1/8 35mm lens on my D40 would often cause me to lose most of the flashing and blinking light colors, as the camera stopped the action usually between the lighting-up sequences...
So I instead set the shutter speeds down to 1/13 and 1/10, and all of a sudden everything came alive (at the Monmouth County Fair in NJ), with wonderful light trails and great action blurring in my pics!
I'll post some examples once I can get around to doing some more web work with my stuff...

The more I experiment with this camera the more I'm learning how good it can be, and I'm really enjoying this! :D
