Macro extension Tubes

Has anyone had any experience with macro Extension tubes by a company called Link Delight? The price is too good to be true, because there is no glass involved, I guess its just the mounts one would have to worry about. I have seen these tubes by a company called Kenko for around $250.00. These link delights tubes are under $20.00.
They are made in China, but then even Nikon is made in China now a days.
Can anyone shed some light on this company and this product?

These are probably so cheap, as compared to the Kenko ones, because it looks like they're just tubes of metal with a F-mount on them. The Kenko ones actually have electronic connections to pass lens info and do AF (with AF-S lenses). Putting the Link Delight tubes on will put you in the same boat as putting an old AI lens on.

If you have a camera that you can set the lens maximum aperture information, you can probably get some metering, but no AF at all, and you'll have to have a lens with an aperture ring to set the aperture.

It looks like they sell for $9.99 on the Link Delight page, plus $6 or something to ship (at least to the US). So for less than $20 you wouldn't be out much if you wanted to try them. Just don't expect much in the way of functionality.

Great site. I just ordered the sling strap, like the RS4 from Black Rapid for $14!! Couldn't believe it! The real RS4 costs about $65 Canadian! Nice find on the website. :) Saves me money...I'm a happy camper. :)

macro extension tubes does not have contacts.
you have to go full manual if you use those.
I have tried using those before I got my 60mm Micro.
Link Delight is a reputable company. Fair price and service.
