Just a heads up...

When you have a new or nearly new camera, be it Nikon, Olympus, Canon, ect, sometimes it is nice to have a manual other than the manufacturers manual.
As most of you know, there are many camera guides out there. Some good, others not so much. How-ever, the charges can get a little high for these aftermarket guides.

Check out Alibris: Used Books, Used Textbooks, Rare & Out-of-Print Books and type in your camera name and model in the search engine. You might be very surprised.

I picked up the Nikon D70 Field Guide for 99 cents plus shipping!

all told, the total was just over $5.00

I do not need perfect books. As long as the letters aren't falling out, I can pretty much
work with it.

Just as an aside. I am NOT affiliated in any way with Alibris.com, other than being a satisfied customer.

Hope this helps.

Good to know! I'd love to have a better read on my camera....... hope I can find one! And I'm the same way about books of any kind!

Not the place to ask this, I'm sure...... but any idea why I can't find the 'Home' tab on Nikonites..... the page as changed somehow.

You know how unstable the housing market has been lately. I figure that the "Home" is being remodeled to better reflect the slowly rising values!

Beside, just click on the Nikonites Logo. That will always take you home.

So to speak.

Hope this helps.
