Hand brake

Nor even a Nikon shot but i just came across it while sorting some old images,this guy walked away with out putting his hand brake on :D

Talking about old pictures, I seen this one the other day, the works van had a little accident (the van in white)

As you can see, not really much left of the front right side of the other vehicle, The works van just bend the tail lift arm a little.

This caught my eye on the way to work one day, back in 2006.

I titled it "Two Objects" (as in "Two objects cannot occupy the same space/time.")

That bar on the back of trucks is known as a “Mansfield bar”, after the actress Jayne Mansfield.

Ms. Mansfield was killed in 1967 in a terrible accident where the car in which she was riding rear-ended a truck. The car went underneath the truck, ripping off the top of the passenger compartment, and causing serious, fatal head injuries to her and to her driver. Two children in the back seat survived with only minor injuries.

The purpose of the Mansfield bar is to prevent that from happening.

That is something I did not know. I really like odd bits of trivia like that.
